Add Your Custom HTML Email Signature in Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to add your Social Card custom HTML email signature to popular email clients like Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and Superhuman.
Copying your HTML Email signature to the clipboard
- Open the card with the email signature you'd like to copy.
- If you are an admin, you can do this from within the workspace (Cards > Click the card > Distribute Card > Copy to clipboard).
- If you are a card recipient, check your inbox for an email from Social Card (hello@joinsocialcard.com). This email will contain a link to access your new (or updated) digital business card. Click the Copy to clipboard button below your signature preview to add it to your clipboard. Note: This is best down from a laptop.
- If all goes as expected, a notification will appear when the signature is copied to your clipboard. You are ready to add the signature to your email client of choice. If you see an error, please refresh the page or try a new browser.
