What happens when my trial ends?
After your free trial period, you might be wondering about the status of your account and the accessibility of your cards. We want to ensure a seamless transition for you, whether you decide to upgrade to a paid subscription or need more time to decide. Here's what you need to know:
Temporary Access Restrictions
When your 14-day zero commitment-free trial ends, if you have not yet added a payment method, your workspace will enter a temporary access restriction, and various limitations will be applied to your workspace immediately. This means you cannot create new cards or update existing ones until you choose to activate a paid subscription.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I permanently lose access to my active business cards?
No, you will retain access to any cards created during your trial period. There will be no immediate loss of functionality or data for these cards. Upon subscription re-activation, you can pick up right where you left off.
Is there a grace period?
Yes, to ensure no immediate disruption to your workflow, all active cards will continue to function normally after your subscription expires. They will enter a grace period designed to give you uninterrupted service while you make your subscription decision. This means your links, web pages, QR codes, etc., will continue functioning as expected.
Although we currently offer this fair grace period, we may change this decision anytime, so we urge you to upgrade your subscription to keep card access.
Extending Your Trial
Understanding that sometimes you need more time to evaluate our service fully, we offer a one-time 14-day trial extension upon request. This extension will give you the additional time you might need to explore features further or secure approval for the subscription.
Activating Your Subscription
To activate your subscription and regain full access to your workspace, including the ability to create and update cards, please follow these steps:
- Visit the Subscription Conflict page in your workspace settings. If you are still on an active trial, you can access your full billing settings.
- Click Update Subscription > Activate.
- Select the plan that best fits your needs. You may be restricted to specific plans based on your workspace's existing card count. Please contact support if you want to remove old cards to access a lower plan.
- Complete the subscription process by entering your payment details.
Once your subscription is active, all restrictions will be lifted, and you can continue using the service without interruptions. You may need to close and reopen the browser tab to see the subscription changes take effect.
