Adding a payment method

Follow the below steps to add a payment method to your Social Card trial or update your existing payment method.

  1. Login to your account and navigate to the dashboard or navigate straight to billing.
  2. Click the Settings button at the bottom left of the screen.
  3. Select Workspace.
  4. From the admin settings, select the Plan & Billing tab.
  5. If you are on an active trial, a screen will appear with an update on your trial, which will include a button to add your payment method.
    1. If you're an existing customer, select the Manage Billing button.
  6. Select the Add Payment Method button.
  7. You'll be redirected to a subscription portal where you can manage your subscription and add a payment method.
  8. Look for the section titled Payment Method.
  9. Click the Add payment method button again.
  10. Add your card information and click Add.
  11. That's it. You've added your payment method. If you have any further questions about billing, please reach out.
