Adding a payment method
Follow the below steps to add a payment method to your Social Card trial or update your existing payment method.
- Login to your account and navigate to the dashboard or navigate straight to billing.
- Click the Settings button at the bottom left of the screen.
- Select Workspace.
- From the admin settings, select the Plan & Billing tab.
- If you are on an active trial, a screen will appear with an update on your trial, which will include a button to add your payment method.
- If you're an existing customer, select the Manage Billing button.
- Select the Add Payment Method button.
- You'll be redirected to a subscription portal where you can manage your subscription and add a payment method.
- Look for the section titled Payment Method.
- Click the Add payment method button again.
- Add your card information and click Add.
