Why export QR codes
Exporting your QR code business cards allows you to directly insert your cards into your internal and external print & digital media use. Create internal directories, graphics, posters, or marketing material using the dynamic QR codes of your team members.
Steps to Follow
To export QR codes for print or digital media, you'll first need to ensure you have at least one card created and published in your workspace that uses the QR code platform.
- Navigate to your Cards.
- Select the card you want to view and download a QR code for.
- Select the Distribute Card Again or Distribute Card button in the Card Actions section.
- Scroll to the QR code section on the distribution page, and customize the QR code for export. If you're adding them to print posters, you likely want to use the Just QR or Inset Logo options, as seen in the image below.
- Once you've formatted the styling of the QR code, you can download it to your computer by selecting the Save as an image button. This will download the QR code to your device.
- Repeat this process for each card you'd like to export.
- From there, you can use the QR codes as PNGs for print purposes. The information shared via the QR code will always stay up to date even when updates are made to the cards as long as the card is not removed from your workspace.
Best Practices
- For the best print or digital usage, we recommend using the Just QR or Inset Logo export formats. These are the most flexible for the use case. Of course, the option is yours!
