Data Security Information
At Social Card, we understand the importance of protecting sensitive customer information and take the security of our systems and controls very seriously. Below, we have compiled some information to answer your security questions.
If you have any security related questions that are not answered below, please contact our team at support@joinsocialcard.com.
Security Measures
- All Social Card services run on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS) that are ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC2, & SOC3 compliant.
- All services used by Social Card encrypt data in transit using HTTPS and logically isolate user data. Our services also encrypt customer data at rest.
- We rely on Google Workspace Business Apps for email, documents, & calendaring and have implemented industry-standard practices, including enforcing multi-factor authentication (MFA). We use MFA to protect all accounts on internal applications and third-party services like cloud providers.
- Although we have yet to undergo a formal SOC/ISO certification, we are transparent and honest about our security measures, and the security of our platform is essential to us.
Customer Data
- We will never sell your user data.
- When you use the Social Card Service, you provide us with things like your content, images, and so on(“your stuff”). Your stuff is yours. Our Terms don’t give us any rights to Your Stuff except for the limited rights that enable us to offer the Service. We need your permission to do things like host Your Stuff, back it up, and sharing it when you ask us to. Our Service also offers other features that may require our systems to access, store, and interact with Your Stuff. You permit us to do those things, and this permission extends to our affiliates and trusted third parties we work with.
