Billing Overview

Manage your billing info and payments, and make changes to your plan.

If you're a workspace owner, you can manage payment and plan details for your Social Card workspace.

Billing basics

Each Social Card workspace is billed separately — you'll be billed according to your selected plan and the sum of any additional cards.

If you belong to multiple workspaces, your usage will be counted and charged separately for each one.

Billing intervals are either monthly or annual and set per workspace. You'll always be billed at the start of your billing interval.

Billing thresholds

Your workspace plan is managed based on your initially selected plan and the cumulative number of active cards in your workspace. As you add cards to your workspace, your billing will update to reflect your current usage once new thresholds are passed.

Workspace owners can modify the workspace plan, and admins can add and remove cards. Both actions can cause incremental adjustments to your workspace plan as your card count changes.

  • Standard plans: At 16 active cards, your workspace will upgrade to a Business plan.
  • Business plans: At 16 active cards, you will no longer be able to downgrade to a standard plan. At 51 active cards, additional cards will be added to your workspace in groups of 25 cards.
  • Enterprise plans: Custom usage thresholds.

Changing plan

You must be a workspace owner to be able to modify your workspace plan.

First, click on the settings tab of the navigation bar (bottom left), select Workspace settings from the dropdown, then Plan & Billing in the tab bar. Under Plans, you'll see your current plan selection and a list of other plan options.

Click Select Plan to change to a new plan. If the plan options are blurred out, your workspace usage has exceeded the thresholds for downgrading.

You can also use the toggle at the top right to change your plan billing period to monthly or annual. When you change the term toggle, your available plans and pricing will change. Click Select Plan to update your billing term.

Downloading invoices

Workspace owners can view and download historical invoices as PDFs from Invoices within Workspace settings at the bottom of the Plans & Billing tab.

Canceling your subscription

Workspace owners can cancel your Social Card subscription by navigating to Workspace settings and then Plans & Billing. At the top of the page, you will find the Manage Subscription option. Click this to open your subscription portal within our billing partner, Stripe. Here, you can cancel or modify your subscription.

Once canceled, you will retain access to Social Card until your current billing period expires.
